As part of the Museum of Sydney, The Governors Table Bar & Dining is inspired by its former incarnation as the residence of our first Governor of New South Wales and founder of Sydney, Arthur Phillip. The museum's old dining area has been transformed by Sydney's Inochi Design Life, Capturing historic Australian design elements sympathetic to the site, such as the use of stone, timber and steel. ...5.0 based on 1 reviews
What a great meal! We came here as a secret diner to score our experience. I'm posting this because I want more people to know. The Sirloin was cooked to perfection. Even throughout? and melted in my mouth. Entree of scallops was fresh and the sauce was full of flavour. The only very slight average part of the meal was the wine I chose wasn't available, and the replacement was pretty average. Staff were friendly and attentive, but it was mainly about the food. All in all though, service, ambience, and food was memorable. 9/10.
